As a Pennsylvania live wedding painter, I had the honor of creating this painting during a New Year’s Eve wedding at Mansions on Fifth in Pittsburgh – one of the most elegant wedding venues in Pittsburgh.
Picture it. New Years Eve at one of the most luxurious wedding event venues in Pittsburgh. There’s a chill in the air, and as the guests walk into the mansion for the ceremony, they see the beginnings of a beautiful wedding painting beginning to take form. The bride and groom share a first look in the lobby, along with their adorable dogs. The warm lighting and the dark wood give ceremony a feeling of intimate luxury for this Mansions on Fifth live wedding painting.
Painting a Wedding at Mansions on Fifth
While I’ve done painting commissions for years, this was the first time I had painted live at a wedding, and while I was a little nervous, I absolutely loved it. The bride & mother of the bride knew that I was going to be there, but it was a surprise to the groom!
