A couple of months ago, I created an Omni William Penn wedding painting example as a way to get my work out there to couples who were getting married there. Well, this past week, I was invited to the Omni for their exclusive bridal showcase….so of course, I thought it would be a great idea to do a live wedding painting demonstration while I was there!
A little background about me….I was a Pittsburgh wedding photographer for 15 years, and got to photograph numerous weddings and photo sessions at the Omni William Penn hotel, but it has been several years since I’ve been there!
As I made my way to the 17th floor, I tried to remember which way the ballroom was….thank God that they have signs! haha
The room was filled with the most amazing vendors- only the best for Omni couples!
I spent about 3 hours on this Omni William Penn Wedding Painting, and got to meet some of the sweetest people while I was there! I never finish a painting on-site, and with how dark the ballroom is, I did my best to at least get the general look of the space for the demonstration!
I’m currently working on finishing the painting at home and will show you all when I’m done!
